STAGING CONSULTATION
A staging consultation focuses on addressing all action items required to get a property ready for the market. Most consultations are an hour long. During this time we meet the client and walk through each room of the client’s space to see what kind of impressions the house gives and observe what changes need to be made to make it more appealing to a potential buyer. Each room will also get a detailed assessment of what should be done to get it market-ready. These suggestions can include decluttering, repairs, painting, cleaning, furniture arrangement, or decor. The consultation fee includes the following:
· Walk through of home (typically 2 hour)
· Room ready handbook: detailed report outlining recommended changes and improvements to obtain the maximum possible equity from your property

VACANT STAGING
Vacant staging often focuses on the main areas of the property that are proven to have the biggest impact. We offer various staging packages that range in size and value, but regardless, we always maintain our detail-oriented high-quality standard. We are able to stage your property with everything from a dining table to a tooth brush holder.

OCCUPIED STAGING
Occupied staging includes decluttering, depersonalizing, and reworking the flow of a house. We incorporate the homeowner's current furnishings but use our experience to highlight them. In certain cases, using updated furnishings will help highlight your home best, so we will suggest this and work within your budget to update as suggested. We will then add finishing touches to portray a look that is appealing to buyers.

NEW BUILD + MODEL HOMES
Similar to vacant staging, we work with developers and Realtors to furnish the home so it sells as quickly as possible. We personally recommend staging every room in a brand new home to highlight it’s incredible finishes and help potential buyers truly see themselves living there. Our new build and model home packages come with extended inventory rental options, as well as options to use your own inventory.
